Welcome to Michael & Co. Jewelers. We are a fine jewelry store, locally owned and operated in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products offered through it.

By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

1. Use of the Website

2.1 Representation

However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Jewelry Samples

Please note that many of the jewelry products showcased on our website are representative samples of what we offer. Our showroom in Lakewood Ranch features an extensive collection of fine jewelry, and the products displayed online provide a general representation of our available styles and craftsmanship.

2.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to change at any time without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternative options or a refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing inaccuracies, typographical errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and special order items are made specifically for you.

A deposit may be required prior to beginning production, and in most cases, this deposit is non-refundable. Throughout the design process, we may provide sketches, CAD renderings, or models for approval. Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all custom and special order items are final sale.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping & Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

5.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For items under $500, ground shipping is available for $40.
For items up to $3,000, express shipping is available for $65.
For items over $3,000, express shipping is complimentary.

5.3 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5.4 Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

5.5 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
If your package is lost, please contact us at info@michaelandcojewelers.com or 941-216-3097, and we will assist where possible.

5.6 Incorrect Address or Returns
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Michael & Co. Jewelers is not responsible for lost packages.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For in-store purchases, all sales are final and not eligible for refunds. Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original, as-sold condition. The value of the item may be applied toward another purchase or issued as store credit.

For online purchases, returns for refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, as-sold condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

7. Repairs & Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and repair services. However, jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear over time.

While we stand behind our work, repairs do not guarantee prevention of future damage. Damage resulting from everyday wear, accidental impact, or improper care is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael & Co. Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase or use of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Michael & Co. Jewelers and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
